Having a problem with Autoresponder Feature in Enterprise Edition

Having a problem with Autoresponder Feature in Enterprise Edition

So I set up my autoresponder sequence per the instructions given in the help area. I have tested and never received any followup emails. Is there some sort of tracking to see if these are going out. We only upgraded to Enterprise for these feature. If it's not going to work then we will not pay the extra.

Maybe I've neglected to do something correctly but the instructions seemed pretty straightforward.
