Having an EMERGENCY issue

Recently I formatted my laptop, and did not backup my password manager database. I'm currently posting this under my girlfriend's login. I need to regain access to the admin account for the glassrage.com domain. I've also lost access to the backup email account attached to this account. I do however still have access to the Glass Rage Facebook page, and DNS management console. If I could verify some information with an admin to regain control of my account (and my business), that would be awesome. Please somebody help!!

I opened a support ticket for this issue a couple of days ago, although no one has emailed me concerning the issue. If someone could just make this user the administrator at least I could figure out the rest.

P.S. I'd do a file recovery on the drive, but the partition on which the file existed was encrypted. Oops.
