I am using the search layout within the customisation area to set the displayed field lists I am expecting to see in the CRM areas.  You have a choice of up to six for each area.

 

The problem is that when I go to the area I only see 3 columns of information (3 of the fields I have selected during the customisation) rather than all 6.

 

Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding what the search layout customisation is doing.  If so how do I add more columns of data on the CRM page displays.  eg move contacts from 3 columns (currently displayed) to 6 columns?
