Having issues adding zoho to my website at domain.com

There aren't specific instructions for domain.com so I followed the generic instructions given on zoho. I'm stuck at the MX records. My records match what's shown here: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/configure-email-delivery.html

Please help.
