I have begun the process of setting up my zoho mail but am having the following issues:

a) cannot seem to setup SPF framework.

I am using manage.opensrs.net

The help files do not clearly explain how to set this up.  I know I need to setup a text file...

b) I cannot receive emails at my main login, however I can send them out

c) How do I change the name so when my email is received it says something related to my store.  I sent a test email to gmail from my main login and it is showing my personal name...not 

d) Created a second email and those are getting forwarded to the admin email even though I chose to forward to the main login
