We are experiencing some issues when batch uploading tasks from our previous CRM system. 

Namely, contact name and account name are not being identified in the batch uploaded tasks. The tasks are created just fine, but the contacts/accounts field does not populate, even though these references have already been created in the system. 

Anything you can share to help us move this data into Zoho?
