When creating a Workflow in Zoho CRM related to the Calls module, we can't filter with some fields (like Caller_ID & Dialled_Number).

So to perform any action based on these fields we need to do it with a custom function that will use more CPU usage and an internal resource that can create/maintain the customs function.
