having trouble setting up email on iphone

having trouble setting up email on iphone. i just setup a domain through your website and email . i am able to check teh email on your web dashboard but when i try to setup email on iphone it says password not correct. i tried both ways listed on this link. https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/idevice-access.html
