I have the professional level and the campaigns.

I want to simply send an email to some leads and keep track but can't see how to link up.  we traditionally have used outlook so I need to set up to send emails from zoho to look like they are from our email address.  I understand that the replies will return to outlook and that I will have to cut & paste to track in zoho.   This is a nuisance though.

I am not finding in zoho crm where to initiate a one time email to a lead?
