Header/Footer images disappear when using online edit.

I'm currently looking for a replacement for Google for our company (we're in China), and so far, Zoho looks like the way to go. However, I've run into an issue that could be a deal-breaker.

For branding purposes, all of our documents have a graphical header and footer (company logo, color, etc.) When .ods/.odt documents are uploaded (not converted), and then edited online, the head and footer disappear from the document. To clarify: The don't just disappear in the online editor, they disappear from the document completely (when the document is downloaded and opened in LibreOffice, they are gone).

This does not happen when the document is only uploaded and downloaded/synced and edited in LibreOffice (no online editing).

Is there a solution to this? Perhaps a setting I'm overlooking?
