Heads Up;

CRM 2016 is great and will get better

Regarding email; I have CRM Pro and was having pre CRM 2016 duplication problems when I used POP3 for my emails. Despite support, no solution was identified. 2016 Pro allows IMAP use, since it is now out of beta. I also hear that the CRM developers are actively working on a CRM tab for IMAP email for the Pro version. My sense is that this will group emails together and enable sorting etc.

Hopefully, this information will save other folk from hours of detective work.
