When I get emails with Hebrew in the subjecy line it is displayed like this:
=?iso-8859-8-i?B?9+Hs5A==?=. we are using UTF-8 but that doesn't help.
Also, how can I change the text to come from right to left, including punctuation? I can align it to the right, but the punctuation is all off. I want to change the text direction and not alignment.
