I work with a logistics company. We are currently looking for a CRM to help us get organized with our current accounts, mainly looking to avoid duplicates and work more efficiently going forward.
We have over 400 users, would roughly be adding 5 - 10 users each month and possible removing a few here and there. Which Zoho package would you think best suits us? i was thinking CRM plus based on number of employees.
Are their any other charges beyond the new user fees that we would have to worry about besides file storage and data back up.
What about Zoho makes you the CRM that we should choose to use?
