HELP! Cannot send or receive emails. ZOHO please respond!
I've tried from several different computers and we are unable to send or receive emails using our mail client. Webmail doesn't work either. Logged in using different browsers, I am able to see emails that have been previously sent and received but cannot do anything else. One of my clients said they sent something to us a few hours ago and we have not received anything yet. It's obvious that something is wrong with your servers but could you please let us know what is going on as it is affecting my business' communications.
