Help Customizing record Information

I want to customize which data are listed in the Completed Activities section of individual Records. Here is a screen shot of how it looks now:

I want to show the RESULT of the activity. I don't care about the start Date or End Date or the modified time. Is there a way to individually control which columns are displayed in the Detail Sections of records?
