I am having many problems with my setup.

My Super Username and ID are set to my name Justin Rudzki and justin@thebesttrack.com

BUT:

1) I can't seem to access a ZOHO email box called justin@thebesttrack.com 

2) I can't add the email address justin@thebesttrack.com - if i try to do this it tells me that the username is already taken

3) the only mailbox i see set up on my account is info@thebesttrack.com  When i try to delete this (at the url accounts.zoho.com/u/h#profile/email)  it tells me " Please contact your Organization administrator justin@thebesttrack.com,to delete your email addressi BUT i am already logged in as the administrator

4) i also tried to delete my whole profile and start again but i also can't do this - when i go to //accounts.zoho.com/u/h#setting/closeaccount i get the message "  You are an administrator of your organization : "thebesttrack". You should cancel your organization from  Business , before closing your account" but when i click through to business i get redirected to ' https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do' with no option to delete

PLEASE HELP.  In the end i want to move my mail from another service provider to ZOHO.
