Help figuring out which product to use or how to go about an issue.

Below is a run down of how we would like our CRM set up to work. We are having problems figuring out how to achieve the following numbers: 2, 3, 4, 18. Can anyone recommend any other programs or apps by Zoho or anything else that can easily link up to Zoho CRM to achieve this? Many thanks in advance!

CUSTOMER END:

1. client visits website, decides to fill out a quote form.

2. while filling out the quote form they need to be prompted to either create a new account or log in to an existing account.

3. Once this account is created they are able to log in to a section of the site that needs to allow them to set up an FTP account(this needs to somehow end up in the contacts tab on the CRM).

4. Logging into their account will also allow them to track the progress of their current quote, track the process of an active print job and view/reorder previous print jobs.

 

ON OUR END:

5. The quote form will land in CRM lead module.

6. Once the form lands here I will be notified via email to log into CRM and accept the quote.

7. At this time during this action the CRM will also assign a Client ID number automatically.

8. Once I approve of the quote the form will split into two parts and move to two different CRM modules.

9. The clients personal/shipping info will move to the Contact List module.

10. The quote info and client id number will move to the Potential Clients module.

11. Once the quote moves to the Potential Clients module it needs to alert china via email to log in and view the quote request.

12. China will be given restricted access to only modify a few fields under this module.

13. Once china adds a quote price to the CRM fields it needs to notify me via email to log in and add our mark up price to the proper fields in the module.

14. When our price is added to the designated field it needs to generate a invoice/price quote email and send it to the clients email.

15. The moment that email is sent to the client a timer needs to start, if in one week the client doesn't respond to the quote invoice they need a reminder email sent to them.

16. If a client accepts this price and decides to print with us they need to pay the deposit via wire transfer, deposit or check.

17. Once deposit is marked as received in the designated field in the potential clients module it needs to move the info to the Accounts module and begin the process of tracking the order status.

18. There needs to be a field in the Accounts module that has a drop down list of statuses for the job. When these are manually changed it needs to update that status for the client on their end on the website.
