I am paying customer and find it ridiculous that I cannot speak to a live person, I get routed to a voice mail that is worthless.  I am running a multi million dollar company and the emails are being sent back to the sender.  I have searched the forums and keep seeing that this error is for large email size...my emails are one WORD "Test" 
This needs remedied asap....I want to speak to a SUPERVISOR, my business has been halted due to this
