Help... I am trying to list my campaigns in my accounts

Hi, I am new to Zoho (just joined yesterday) I was hoping that someone might be able to help me. I am trying to link or list a campaign in one of my account pages, Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. I have spent hours on this today :(
