Help! I used Landline Phone# @ Account Signup & Now Am Locked Out of Account

Hello,
I was registering for an email account and for my initial account signup I accidentally used my land line phone number and then asked the site to send a verification code. And well I don't expect that anything will happen and I can't figure out how I might be able to get into my (yet to be verified) account to fix my mistake.

I'm trying to port over my email from my Godaddy domain account and if I try to create an account again with that email (Gidaddy) it says that it is already taken. And if I try any recovery activity it says that I need to be logged in.
