Help importing data

i have used the import for the last several months ot load the data. today i have loaded the data with what looks like the normal formatting and not making any changes but one of the fields is not importing. it looks like the correct format, i need your help asap. I am happy to send you a sample of the data, i have read yoru notes about formatting and i cannot see that i am doing anything wrong or more importantly anything different than what i've done on the 20 or so previous occassions

I have just sent a sample of the file i have been uploading to your support team. The field that wont load is the date field!

I have just uploaded a previous set of data that i used before and chose to clone the records, however the date field never uploaded again...my conclusion is that the fault must sit with ZOHO
