Hi, I have tried to send a mail from zoho but I can't send, I receive this mail error:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients.
This is a permanent error.
info@xxxxx.com Invalid Address, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :SPF: xx.xxx.xx.xxx is not allowed to send mail from (mysite).com
What means? The recipient banned my email or other? With other mails I haven't errors.
