Help Me Find My MAIL!?!?

I'm a "free" account member and have been for about a year. Lately when I try to access my mail account I get a prescreen that tries to upgrade to a larger business account, and that's ok, I understand that and hope to be able next year to expand my services as my small business grows, but it's an endless loop of the advertising and sometimes I never am able to get into my mail. I'll come back a day or two later and I'm let right in. I've tried every entry point to my email I can find, logging out and then back in and sending my info in to "contact us" with no response. It's frustrating, I never know when or even if I'll get my mail that day! Any ideas? Please help!
