Help Me - Server IP 135.84.80.196 listed as abusive

Hi, i have a problem when i send an email to  mzuniga@klassikcar.cl.
Detail error:
mzuniga@klassikcar.cl  INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :5.5.1 Server IP 135.84.80.196 listed as abusive. See

I tried add this ip and email account to my white list, but isn't work.

¿Can you help me? ¿Can you unblock that ip?
