Help my form has gone lobsided

Hi,

My form https://creator.zoho.com/mrcomputer/mrcomputer/#Form:Job has some how changed the column widths so the right hand column is wider than the left. Not sure what I did to make this happen but it has worked fine with all the current fields.

Please help.
