HELP need to free space on default email account to start receiving on normal email account

hi

I am currently unable to receive emails on my normal zoho account (xxx@xxx.com) because my default email xxxxxx@zoho.com has had its space allocation exceeded (i dont know how as this user does not use the default address.)

Please can someone call us to resolve this immediately as there is clearly no help file explaining what to do about this.

on top of this we have been asked to put in a captcha code in order to unblock the address (xxxxx@zoho.com) which keeps failing us as it keeps asking us to free up at least 5% on the account....there is no help file on ho to do this,

please can anyone tell me how to unblock so we can start receiving email on the normal email account (xxx@xxx.com)
