Help Needed - Dynamic Updates of Customer Information for Contacts and Potentials
FUNCTIONALITY NEEDED - Our accounting team enters information about credit status on account records. We want that information to then be automatically shown on all contacts for that account as well as all other Zoho records for that account (Potentials, cases, etc.)
The purpose of this function is so that if an account is placed on Credit Hold, a Shipping hold or taken off Credit or Shipping Hold that information is automatically updated on every record that is related to that account.
Any suggestions on how to do this? I have been looking at Workflow, but unless someone opens the individual records related to that account and EDITS them nothing gets updated. Naturally, this defeats the whole purpose of automated workflow.
