help needed re: links

Does anyone know how to set up a one-to-many relationship between categories/tables? For instance, I have the name of a contact and want to be able to add multiple phone numbers for the one contact (without creating fields like Phone Number 1, Phone Number 2, etc.) I am used to working with Access and don't understand how to set up the relationships here.
