Help Needed with Creating Close % Reporting
Now that our company has a good data set to work with we want to use ZCRM reports ways to track the performance metrics we have established. Specifically, I want to be able to calculate closing % for individual salespeople and individual support people. I want to be able to analyze the data based on number of Potentials closed and the % of the value of potentials closed.
I cannot find a way for the reports module in Zoho to do a simple analysis of either close ratio (# of Won Potentials/Total # of potentials) or (Value $ of potentials won/Value $ of all potentials).
I have to be missing something simple, because I cannot fathom that a CRM system would not have this basic function to calculate closing effectiveness.
Can someone please tell me what I am missing. (I feel really stupid right now)
