1) How do I import Activities from another CRM into Zoho CRM? I don't find any Wizard there in Zoho CRM. Even though I create activities manually, attaching calls/task to Leads/contact is very cumbersome. Is there any clean way?

2) In detailed edit mode of Contact using "Organize Contacts Details" , why can't I use "New Products"? I have only "New" Potential and "Add" Products. 

3) Is there any way to add customization while converting Leads into Contact and Account - for example, some validation, business condition which auto-populates Account fields? 

4) Are there any API available in Lead Conversion?
