HELP! one of my colleagues' email has been block when she was trying to send a bunch of emails

Help, my colleague was trying to send a bunch of emails and got bounced back messages. Apparently, it exceeded the daily limit of 10(now I found out). Can you please help to unblock it? Can you please in the future give a message of WARNING first? it will save a lot of trouble. christy@happyteam.com.hk Also, when I tried to forward her message to 2 other accounts, I enabled it, then it disabled after awhile. Can you help on this too? Thanks in advance. Clement Any help?
