HELP: Only INBOX working when switching emails on Web Mail

HELP: Only INBOX working when switching emails on Web Mail

I don't know if it's only me but it's just inboxes that are working since I've added email on web, the other folders (sent, outbox, spam, etc) are not working, is there anything wrong or is it just my side? Is there anything I need to do to make them work?
