Hello All

Just starting out I needed a booking form with a calendar and e amil to send it to.  I made it, seems to look good, but Im so, so lost now. How do I actually know it will work on my web page, and how do I get the code, tried but messed up badly.

Can anyone be kind enough to help me with this one please.
