HELP please! The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho.

I have changed the Name serveres of my domain lately and also delete the MX record of Zoho and insert it aagin becouse I waited more than 48HOurs and I still not recieving emails and the control panel gives me this message
The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho.

why MX record give me this results not Zoho reslts
why zoho is not reading my MX records, please Help me I cant recieve emails from more than a week
