Help please with an error

Hi,

In my form

In the field

Date_Booked_In

I created an Actions on user input script

The script saved but when run it created an error

Now I can not vies either the Actions on user input script to change it nor can I view the form definitions.

I am in desperate trouble I I need the form for my business that opens at 9.am UK which is in 1/2 hour

Please can someone help
