Help required

I have stared using Zoho within a business, I have a sales team that now have to input their contacts, leads, and potentials.We are starting from scratch, as we enter potential information we also have to enter as a new contact so we in fact have to enter the customers data twice one in potentials the other in contacts.

Is there a way of auto filling in client details that are entered into potentials, that would then automatically complete details in contacts?

Also if I have a quote form that has all the information on the client address name tel number etc, can I import this into Zoho to save time manually entering the same data in two different sections?

Please help, my sales team is getting very frustrated in double data entry for the same person
