2 days ago on Saturday I moved the contents of my sent items and inbox within imap connected Outlook.

It took ages - 350 items in Sent Items and 7500 in InBox.

My pst file now says it is corrupt.

Fortunately I have a backup from the day before.

Is there any way you can restore the contents of my Zoho inbox and sent items from morning of 16 July 2016 or earlier?
