Help Searching for Leads in CRM by Email

I have a large CRM with 10's of thousands of email addresses. I recently received a list from another one of my marketing tools and I want to cross reference it with my CRM leads.

I have a list of 3,000 email addresses I need to find in my CRM. How can I search for ALL 3,000 leads at once?

In a perfect world, I want to simply run a search that allows me to search any email field that contains johndoe@gmail.com, suziesmith@aol.com, bobbyjones@yahoo.com, etc... (X 3,000 leads)

The only way I can figure it our is by creating a list view and adding criteria:

(or) Email contains: johndoe@gmail.com
(or) Email contains: suziesmith@aol.com
(or) Email contains: bobbyjones@yahoo.com

This would mean I would have enter each email individually. Is there a faster more efficient way?
