I'm new to Zoho CRM and could use some guidance on how to set up my contact types based on the webpage my visitors are using. I run a dog walking business and have created two weblead forms, one for potential dog walkers and one for dog owners interested in our services. I want to categorize my contacts into "dog walkers" and "dog owners" automatically without adding a dropdown to the forms, as it should be evident based on the webpage they're on.
Here's what I've done so far:
Created two weblead forms, one for dog walkers and one for dog owners, collecting basic lead information (name, email, phone).
In the Contacts module of Zoho CRM, I've created a custom field called "contact type" with two options: "dog walkers" and "dog owners."
My question is, how can I make the weblead form for dog walkers default to the "dog walkers" contact type, and the form for dog owners default to "dog owners"?
I'd appreciate any advice or suggestions on whether I'm approaching my CRM setup the right way. If there's a more efficient or effective way to achieve this, please let me know. Thank you!
