Help setting up email in outlook please

Hi,

I've managed to set up 2 profiles (I think!) on my Zoho control panel.
Laura@ domain
hello@ domain

I'm now trying to add both to the outlook app on iOS.
I can add the first 'laura@' one but not the 'hello@' one?

Totally lost & not a web administrator- just need my website email to work so I can manage my orders!
