We have group emails setup within our Zoho Mail.  Example, team@companyname.com

Since Friday, when I try to type in Team into the to field of my email, the group email address is not resolving.  Additionally, we are having issues in Zoho Desk because our tickets which forward into Desk via a group email address are not being created.  

Please advise at the earliest!
