Help text for fields

Hi,
is it possible to have a tooltip per field for help users ?
If not (yet) is it possible to have a tooltip on multi-select (ie: press CTRL + clic to select more values) fields because it's not very obvious to use this kind of field.
Last thing, is it possible to limit the number of values selected on multi-select fields ?
