Help, the Chat window in Zoho CRM keeps popping up and it is getting annoying

Help, the Chat window in Zoho CRM keeps popping up and it is getting annoying

So I reached out to Zoho Support the other day with an issue...now every time that I open a new Zoho window, the chat box randomly is popping up again and again getting in the way of real work that I'm doing and generally just being annoying.

How do I make it stop!?!?
