Help to group emails with same subject

Hello dear zoho's staff..

I have a question and i hope there is a fix for this..

Im wondering if i can group a few emails received with the same subject in one group, same as happens with the conversations ..

I asking it, because im using a feature in my website to get notify when there is a change of a status of a order, and it can be 5 possibly status changes,  and i dont want to get my inbox full of this kind of emails..

ps: english isnt my 1st languague so i apologize if my question get abit confused to understand.. anyways ill upload two picture with the example that i what im asking for ..

in the picture:

" zoho 2 como es" is the way how im getting that kind of emails
" zoho 1 como quiero " is the way how i would like to get in a group this kind of emails..

i hope you guys can help me..
