Hi! I am trying to track contracts via Zoho CRM. I have not found a very simple way to track this. Below is a brief summary of what I would like to include:
1. Contract dates - start and end
2. Contract includes... we have 12 services we sell over and over and over.
3. Dates that we deliver that service
4. Be able to run a report with open and closed items that are fulfilled and what is left to fulfill
