I'd be grateful for help that is different from what has already been posted and replied to regarding adding a second POP3 account.
I've followed the instructions from the FAQs, and Zoho's replies to other threads and these have not worked. I've also emailed zoho support and received silence.
For ease of reference I've attached pictures.
Blue = 3rd party email address to receive verification code
Black = 1st email account with Zoho; own domain; email hosting by zoho; name servers with domain host; domain host pointing to zoho mail servers. No website. [I'm using zoho POP/SMTP = therefore I have to use zoho's username/password for my 1st zoho email account.]
Green = 2nd email account with Zoho "new"; own domain; as above.
Initially I was able to fetch a key from my 'reply to' address, however once this was accepted it then asked me for another verification code which was sent to the newly created account which I cannot access until ... I enter the fetched code. Quite redundant.
