We are Zoho CRM users and Zoho Projects users. I would like to find a way to use Zoho to track all client email conversations.

Ideally this would integrate with my Google Apps email, such that I could review all conversations threads from my domain to a given set of email accounts.

For example:

ClientOne has jenny@clientone.com, and jimmy@clientone.com.  While my individual employees will have direct email conversations with Jenny and Jimmy, I would like a management dashboard that allows me to review these conversations, even if I am not copied on them.

Can anyone suggest if Zoho has such functionality?  If not, can you suggest someone who does?
