Help wanted: Model Profile templates for CRM

I'm setting up ZCRM for a security guard company, and I'd like to avoid reinventing the wheel if possible.
 
I'm pretty clear on the Role-Profile-User configuration, but I would appreciate any best practices out there on Profile configuration for the following:
  • Sales & Marketing Management
  • Operations Management
  • Client Support Management
  • Sales & Marketing User
  • Operations - User
  • Client Support - User
