Help with a campaign in Zoho CRM

I have a series of Leads and Contacts which have a field that I have checked. For all leads with a checkmark, I need them to get specific emails on specific days for the balance of this year. How do I accomplish this?

Thanks in advance. I don't have to use campaign for this, but it would be nice.
