We have a requirement to add a “warning” in our Contacts module for certain clients who need “sensitive” handling. The solution is that a user could “check a box” to set the client to “sensitive” and then afterwards, if any user accesses the client record, a pop-up “warning” dialog box would appear saying something like “Warning! This client needs sensitive handling” and a button saying “OK, got it” that the user clicks to remove the dialog box.
Can anyone help with how I could achieve this? I attach an example Zoho uses when Chat is not available.
